Ingredients ::
2 lb chicken tenders
8 oz baby carrots (halved lengthwise)
4 C broccoli (cut into bite sized pieces)
2 C snow peas
Sesame seeds (optional)
1 1/2 C honey garlic sauce
Honey Garlic Sauce ::
1/2 C brown sugar
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
1/4 C soy sauce
1/4 C honey
1 1/2 C water
3 Tbsp corn starch - 1/2 C Water (slurry)
First, you'll preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Next, start making the honey garlic sauce by adding all of the sauce ingredients into a sauce pan (except corn starch slurry). Cook on medium heat until it comes to a boil, stirring consistently. In a small bowl, combine corn starch, & 1/2 C water to make a slurry. Then, add the slurry into the saucepan & stir to combine. Lower heat to low & cook until the sauce becomes thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Next, add your chicken tenders & veggies onto a sheet pan (it's fine if they're crowded since they will shrink as they cook). Then pour 3/4 - 1 cup of the honey garlic sauce over the top of the chicken & veggies, lightly tossing to coat. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked & veggies are tender. Add a bit more honey garlic sauce over top & sprinkle some sesame seeds (optional). ENJOY!! This makes great leftovers & so does the sauce!

Spring Cleaning is all about giving yourself a FRESH start! Whether you tackle it all in one day, or do little by little, the difference you'll feel will be amazing! Tackle those dreaded, cluttered areas (that's right, I'm talking about behind the refrigerator, tv stand, & under the couch cushions.. yuck!)
Use a checklist to keep yourself focused & on task! I use the reminder app on the iPhone, so you don't need to get fancy with your list, just find something that works for you!

I haven't pulled out our refrigerator in so long! It was looking really bad back there, we found almost everything imaginable! I did a good dusting with a paper towel to get the bulk dust out of the way. Then I vacuumed & wiped clean the area! Also, to tackle the top of my refrigerator, I started with a paper towel to get the chunks of dust & then wiped down with my multi surface cleaner & a rag!

I used a multi-surface concentrate mixed with warm water in a bowl and used a reusable rag to wipe my baseboards, walls and cabinets! It prevents waste from sprays, and also from drippings getting on your walls & floors! Grab some knee pads to save your knees from aches & pains while you're scrubbing!

I personally love my E-cloths for any and all cleaning, but especially for my windows! You just add water, and they leave my windows sparkly clean! It helps me to not waste so many paper towels, and I just feel like the finished product looks so amazing.
